Installation phases_
Extending football pitch rolls
Extending rolls of artificial turf on elastic base, without having to use heavy machinery.
Gluing the joints_
The rolls of turf are joined together by gluing both edges of each panel to joint tape, with two-component polyurethane adhesive.
Gravelling of artificial turf_
Gravelling of artificial turf with SBR rubber, using a dispensing machine, equipped with a system that previously raises the fibre.
Pitch maintenance phases
Decompacting_
Decompacting the artificial turf with Verti Rake, to recuperate its original elasticity.
Cleaning_
Cleaning the surface with Verti Top, to eliminate plant debris, seeds…, which would then contaminate the filling.
Brushing_
Final brushing of the football pitch, to evenly distribute the filling.
